Easy to read 4000 count
for true RMS measurement

True RMS is used as a measurement value. True RMS can be measured accurately in a distorted wave shape, as high wave components are duplicated in multiple layers.
The safety is specified to IEC101-CAT III 600 V, CAT II 1000 V, and CE Marketing. A high shock resistant holster is installed.
CD130 has the following functions:
